Wayne Blackard is a principal security researcher within the Digital Vaccine group at TippingPoint. Wayne was a member of the original architecture team that developed the TippingPoint IPS. Previous to TippingPoint, he worked for IBM for 17 years. Wayne currently holds 4 U.S. patents and graduated from the University of Texas with an Electrical Engineering degree.
Peter Bybee, CISSP, CISA, is the founder and CEO of Network Vigilance, an IT security consulting and security VAR firm founded in 1989. Mr. Bybee regularly gives presentations at national and regional security conferences, has published articles in industry trade journals, and authored industry white papers.
